It was late evening when shots rang out at a teen party on Saturday in the 3000 block of Decatur Street. Once quiet, two bodies lie clinging to life in a narrow alleyway. Several witnesses reported seeing two men at the scene. The names of two suspects have been obtained from very reliable sources within the detention center system. Montray Smith and Damien King, both 16, are being held in the Cooke County Detention Center. Citizens are asking how could these two boys have done this?
